Minutes of a British meeting where Tony Blair and other officials discussed the possibility of the US going to war with Iraq were recently leaked to the London times. The memo includes a top level British inelegance officer recounting his recent visit to Washington to discuss the Iraq situation. The intelligence officer said the following:

"Military action was now seen as inevitable. Bush wanted to remove Saddam through military action justified by the conjunction of terrorism and WMD. But the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy."
